I achieved a distinction for this assignment. The red text is what I added in a re-submission. All of the sub-headings are the criteria in order (P1, p2, m1, d1 ect) so it is easy to understand .

My task was to explain the recruitment and selection process that happens in a business, I picked Tesco. I have been asked to prepare appropriate documentation that will be used in recruitment and selection, I have also been asked to demonstrate my interviewing skills. I am required to take the part of both the interviewer and the interviewee for a specific job role. I will be researching the business of Tesco and how they recruit their members.

Unit 1 is about exploring businesses and mine was about Aldi. I conducted a PESTLE, SWOT analysis, Porter 5 forces on Aldi and talked about the effect on the environment, e.g. is the environment they operate in competitive. Although this was written in 2019, the curriculum still remains the same.
