These first class commercial law lecture notes were taken in 2016/17, and extensively cover the topic of the law of statutory terms in the Sale of Goods. The notes specifically cover: implied terms, description and quality, fitness for purpose, and the Jewson distinction (satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose). It also contains questions at the end to test knowledge.

These first class commercial law lecture notes were taken in 2016/17, and extensively cover the topic of the law of agency within the commercial law setting. The notes specifically cover: the creation of agency (with and without consent, neccesity and ratification), the duties of an agent, rights of an agent, and contracts made by agents.

They cover more specifically: specific or unascertained goods, rules to ascertaining intention, risk and frustration and the nemo date principle.
