These notes depict chapters 11 and 3 of the Manual of Structural Kinesiology. The vertebral column is covered as well as the muscles of the core, head, and neck. Mechanical advantage, motive force, resistive force, levers, wheel-axle arrangements, and pulley arrangements within the body are also covered.

These notes cover chapter 8-10 of the Manual of Structural Kinesiology. The muscles of the pelvic girdle, hip joint, and ankle joint are covered.

These notes cover types of muscle fibers and contractions. Also covers muscle and neuromuscular physiology including length-tension and force-velocity relationships, neuromuscular properties of muscle, motor units, neuromuscular proprioceptors, tendons, sliding filament theory, and components of health. Neuromuscular adaptation, biarticulation, and active and passive insufficiencies are covered as well.
