Unless you live inside a cave and never deal with other people, conflict is an inevitable part of our lives. Just knowing how to deal with conflicts personally is not enough, especially if the other party doesn't handle conflict in a constructive and appropriate manner. The five stages of conflict management help to know how to handle conflict personally and how to guide the other party so the conflict can be resolved efficiently and so all parties involved are satisfied.

Building a more just society doesn't happen overnight; regarding the juvenile criminal justice system, it is a work in progress that must consider many factors pertaining to the differences between juveniles and adults. I am the defense for the case of People v. It will provide two examples of creative women from that time whose art helped make social change possible. Lastly, I will discuss art and social change intersecting in my community.
