Remembering their names: When teaching young learners, it is vital to develop rapport with the young students by remembering their names. This could be achieved by getting students to make name cards which could then be put up at their desk or instructors could draw the classroom layout and write down the names of the students on this. Tenses are an important part of English grammar. It is also one of the most difficult topics to teach because it can be confusing for students to familiarize themselves with the system of tenses. It is important to ensure students that tenses are nothing to be afraid of. Students should be encouraged to try and make mistakes initially so that they can master them eventually.

The teaching methods I would use, and feel are best when I qualify as a teacher are mainly two. The first one is CLT also known as Communicative Language Teaching which is an approach concerned with what students need to communicate outside the classroom it emphasizes this on the choice of language content and materials with a huge emphasis on role play, pair and group work.
