Client: PM Drug/Alcohol Use: Client reported that he began using alcohol and marijuana at age 16. He began using powder cocaine nasally at age 17. At age 22, client began smoking crack cocaine. Client was also using cocaine intravenously in "speedballs". Last use was 3/5/23. Client reported sustaining an injury at age 18 which he was prescribed Oxycodone to treat. He reported that he began to abuse the prescribed medication and started using heroin at age 20. Last use was approx. 8 years...
